For any spray application in kitchen cupboards, it is recommended that cutlery, crockery and open foodstuffs be removed during the application. A gel bait treatment is also available which doesn’t require removing contents. The severity of the infestation will determine the most appropriate treatment.
Yes, that does sound like termites.
We apply a Pyrethroid-based product, and recommend that both people and animals stay away from the area for approximately 3 hours after the application until the pesticide dries.
