The summer heat and rains result in a high prevalence of snakes, be they venomous or non-venomous.

We took the opportunity to share this very useful flipper chart which is a great awareness for various venomous snakes, and what to do when one is in the unfortunate circumstance of being bitten by a venomous snake.

Remember if you do encounter a snake, rather leave it alone, or if you do have one enter your home, safely vacate and try to observe where it is and immediately be in contact with us so we can arrange for a licensed snake handler and remover to get to your premises to try and locate and remove the reptile, which will be relocated and safely released out of harm’s way.
